Terms of Sales

3.1 – Payment for the stay is made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking, such as the total amount, any applicable service charges, and the applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary depending on the type of booking and the selected rates.

A) Standard rate

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of the stay.

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, up to 28 days before your arrival date.
• The balance—50% of the total amount—will be charged or must be paid upon your arrival.
• The full amount will be charged for reservations made less than 28 days before the arrival date.

Modifications :

For any changes regarding the number of guests or the dates of your stay, please contact us directly; we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Cancelation :

No cancellation fees apply up to 28 days before arrival. Beyond this period, the amount paid will not be refunded.

B) Non-refundable rate

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of the stay.
The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Modifications :

No changes are permitted for this fare.

Cancelation :

Any cancellation on your part will result in cancellation fees payable entirely by you, with no possibility of a refund. The cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.

3.2 – Additional charges, such as local taxes, service fees, or security deposits, may apply. They will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
