Terms of Sales

3.1 – Payment for the stay is made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking, such as:
the total amount, any applicable service charges, and the applicable cancellation policy.
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the type of booking and the rates selected.

A) Standard rate

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the date of the start of the stay.

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be taken at the time of booking, up to 28 days before your arrival date.
• The balance, 50% of the total amount, will be debited or payable upon your arrival.
• 100% of the total will be charged for a reservation made less than 28 days before the arrival date.

Modifications :

For any changes regarding the number of people or the dates of your stay, please contact us directly; we will try to accommodate you according to our availability.

Cancelation :

No cancellation fees apply up to 28 days before arrival. After this period, the amount paid will not be refunded.

B) Tarif non annulable

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card on the date of arrival.
100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

Modifications :

No changes are possible for this price.

Cancelation :

Any cancellation on your part will incur cancellation fees entirely at your expense and without any possibility of refund. The cancellation fee corresponds to the total amount of the reservation.

3.2 – Additional charges, such as local taxes, service charges or security deposits, may apply. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
