Located in a former farmhouse dating back to 1850, the Gîtes et Chambres d’hôtes l’Érable, in the heart of the vineyards, is the ideal starting point for your visits to Alsace. The second generation of the Cassagnol family welcomes you and will help make your stay unforgettable.

Guests are advised to keep noise levels down outside the building, both day and night.
To minimize disturbance to neighbors when hosting parties, please keep doors and windows closed.
All noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and all inappropriate behavior is also prohibited, under penalty of eviction.
Please respect the furniture and equipment provided!
Please replace each item exactly as you found it upon arrival.
The furniture, table, and chairs must not be moved.
It is strongly recommended that you do not drink alcohol or eat in bed.
The kitchen should be used only as a supplementary space.
Please do not prepare strong-smelling foods (no frying, no long cooking times).
The Wi-Fi password is on the small whiteboard.
Please respect the law regarding downloading and accessing websites.
Lock the doors when you are away and keep the keys with you.
We gladly welcome well-behaved, clean dogs.
For your pet’s comfort, please do not leave it alone in the accommodation, or, if you have no other option, in a suitable carrier.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
Tenants who smoke must not throw their cigarette butts on the ground (neither inside nor outside the building) and are asked to empty the ashtrays.
Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price.
Please remember to turn off the lights, television, and air conditioning when leaving your accommodation.
Please avoid leaving the water running unnecessarily.
Please ensure that the front door and windows are properly closed to prevent excessive energy consumption.
The government’s energy efficiency plan mandates a room temperature of 19°C.
▪ According to the decree of March 19 concerning the energy performance of buildings, which came into effect on July 1, 2007, building cooling systems should only be switched on or kept running when the indoor temperature exceeds 26°C.
▪ It is recommended to maintain a temperature difference between the inside and outside of between 5 and 7°C. Therefore, there is no need to set your air conditioner to 19°C in the summer.
We have various pieces of furniture and equipment available for your self-service use.
The above-ground outdoor pool is unsupervised – please respect the notice board.
Open from June 1st to September 30th.
Concrete barbecue for wood or charcoal – on a high terrace, permanently available.
Terraces – open at all times.
Stammtisch (round table) – open permanently.
Laundry – open from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Library – books, games, children’s games, raclette machines, permanently accessible.
The devices need to be cleaned and stored in good condition.
Garden, vegetable garden, children’s playground – always accessible.
Parents should never leave their children unsupervised.
We cannot be held responsible in case of an accident.
Departure time: before 10:00
• Empty and dispose of the rubbish bins (coloured container next to the gate).
• Household products are located under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom.
• Wash and put away the dishes in the cupboards.
• Put the furniture back in its place.
